Jillian Blacken's path from finance to flour was built on determination and a craving for quality vegan treats that were nowhere to be found. After receiving a formal pastry baking certificate from the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC, Jillian ventured to blend flavors and ethics that satisfy both the palate and the planet. With her drive and our shared love for baking, she formed the sweet foundation that makes up Jillian Bakes LLC today. 


Her hands-on approach ensures every gourmet vegan brownie is crafted with love, leveraging her expertise to maintain the high standards and innovative recipes our customers adore. By incorporating locally-sourced and non-GMO ingredients in our creations, Jillian set a strong example in championing sustainability.
