An innovative indulgence born from creativity and collaboration. Developed in partnership with Penn State’s Food Science students and faculty, the brookie is our newest creation.

It’s a blend of our rich moist vegan brownie and a vegan chocolate chip cookie that’s gluten-free as well. As all our products, it’s crafted from premium, locally sourced, all natural (some organic) ingredients that are egg and dairy free, non-GMO, made without animal ingredients and preservatives. Contains wheat, soy and almond milk. The partnership with Penn State isn’t just about flavor, it’s about innovation, community and legacy. We’re proud to highlight student innovators, merging culinary creativity with educational advancement!

Our mutual goal is to make the brookie a staple at Penn State’s Creamery and beyond, showing what’s possible when a small business and large institution collaborate for something sweet and sustainable!
